We have a 100% guarantee on every citrus tree we sell. All of our trees are guaranteed to grow and thrive. All nursery stock, trees and plants are guaranteed for three years. We want you to be satisfied!

Our Guarantee Policy:

Please follow our Tree Care instructions so your tree will grow and thrive!
For a free replacement, we will need for you to take a digital photo and email it to our customer service department. On approval of our guarantee, you will then need to mail your tree along with your invoice to one of our nurseries, and we will replace it. Contact customer service and they will gladly resolve the issue. Please understand that we cannot accept responsibility for the results of extreme weather, neglect, unforseeable acts of nature, or ignoring our hardiness zone recommendations. Our guarantee expires in 3 years.

Shipping:

All of our citrus trees are shipped bare root, unless you made special arrangements prior to shipping. All container grown trees are removed from the containers with most of the soil removed and shipped bare root. All of our citrus tree roots are treated with a moisture gel, 'Terrasorb,' and carefully packaged for a quick delivery. We will not be able to refund customer's shipping to return plants to our nurseries. The replacement tree will require a shipping and handling fee.

Our tree care:

Most fruit trees are pruned, prior to shipping. We recommend 1/3 pruning of trees, especially after a hard freeze. To facilitate the most efficient method of delivery and to insure the most favorable survivability, the citrus trees may be pruned as deemed necessary by our shipping staff.
